So Animal control tried to steal my dog from outside the welfare office yesterday.
The nasty woman told me
"It's illegal to leave your dog tied up outside somewhere in Vancouver"
I've heard of them using this before on welfare people
they troll the offices on check day and snag peoples dogs
people who can't afford to pay a pound fee
creating misery
But this wasn't check day

and later an acquaintance told me
the police had been calling the shelters
looking for me
telling them I was unfit to care for my dog
unable to feed her and stuff.
Not true.
She's fed fine
and she grew up in Alberta
so she's used to much colder weather than this.


I tracked down that dick the other day
appears he was a parks maintenance guy
they have a yard at grant and mclean
Most parks people have been very kind to me and Koala
since crappy shit doesn't happen in parks that I sleep in
It dissipates

but they need something else to try I guess
to burn me
and they certainly have the money

anyway
I swear they are going to try
anything to arrest me
because like I said before
the cop who beat me up last year
was a paid setup

so now they can arrest me for any tiny excuse
and put me in jail for  a year
and I'll likely get killed there

Gay bashing in Vancouver - The solution is really simple

So this morning I walked into a setup
I must have hit a nerve with my last post

I was walking my dog
and a "dude"
a chunky guy with a bald head and black jacket, black toque
comes up behind me
says 3 times
"your a fucking ugly fag walkin your dog...that's what you are"
then he runs off

I could smell a setup, so I needed to see where he went and
I needed a better shot at what he looked like
I  pop down the hill and catch up with him at gravely near mclean
by this time he's got a black and red cap
and a tan jacket with red on the sleeves and black trim
and he's stuffing his black jacket into his bag

Not something a random "you faggot" attack would have in it,
the quick change of jacket in a pack only big enough for a jacket

I couldn't grab him because of my bad knee
I was loping down a hill
but I got a great look at his face
and could pick him out anywhere

I don't really think I'm that "ugly"
and I don't really self identify with "fag"
but I guess that would be too much semantics
for a meathead like that

funny how he ran from the "fag"

so on my way back to the drive
I watch 3 coastal health vehicles drive by or parked on the way
and walk by a woman seated in a car filling out a family services form
watching come up the hill

is moving the Transgender and Intersex "program"
to Broadway and Commercial from Davie,
where it is now


I know a few people who've gone to that davie centre
and they got targeted by gangsters and pimps

was a counselor who was the first
in a very long time
to push for actual intersex specialists in Van
actual proper specialized treatment for them

and nobody called the cops or stood up for her
while the 'roid monkey who owned the pitbull was laughing his ass off

The Mayor of Vancouver doesn't really give a shit
the rich white male elites in Van are complicit
they want those condos in the DT core cleared of fags
so rich straight folk can move in

So what the great majority of "fags" and queers need to do
is make a few setups of their own
send a couple of really obvious queers
walking about hand in hand
and have "straight looking" tough queers shadow them from a distance
let the shitheads beat the ladyboys/lezzies/trannies
for a minute or so
then descend on them and fuck them up
(give the bait people some light kevlar and lotsa cocktails after!)

The cops aren't any use
and everybody knows it
they hate queers too
no matter what their marketing shit says
they do what the old money wants

So set up the gay bashers
for a half dozen camera pics
or a beating themselves

Start by defining evil in the context of your "witchy" spirituality though.

and they'll stick ridiculous things like "anal sex" in the "abominable evil" pile.

Even though every book on pharmacology scientifically disputes the claims of legislators
I find it funny how many herbalist witches go on about the "evils" of pot and alchohol,
while happily mixing a half dozen "organic herbal" teas for themselves each day
each of which has strong mental effects
and combined is more than a couple drinks in entheogenic power...
Or some "clean freak" blabbing on about my beer
while they swill coffee by the pot, pop their ritalin and prozac,
and gobble tylenols by the bottle, wellbutrin and pharmaceutical opiates

I just spoke to a young woman, a very intelligent one,
who stated emphatically that she didn't think someone
using GHB to render someone else unconscious for sex
was actually "evil" or even "bad".
She actually didn't think anything in and of itself was "bad".

I've never liked Crowley's whole "everything is permitted" schtick
that he got from Persia through his masonic readings.
There are most definitely limits and there definitely are things that are evil.
An adult having sex with a 5 year old would be evil IMHO.
Christian Priests may have done it many times,
but I still consider it evil in my world view.
How about violent rape, or any rape. It's evil isn't it?

What about Female Genital Mutilation?
Is that an ambiguous one?
Its bad or even "evil" to our culture
but on its way to being performed clinically shortly after birth
just like circumcision
in some parts of the world...

Evil isn't really defined in a book for us,
we have to define it ourselves
and our cultural bias figures prominently
Its a subjective moral judgement
based on experience and cultural environment
and the sect the perciever belongs to
figures prominently in its definition
 
Morality comes from within, not from any external entity,
so when we draw lines, we have to have rational justifications for them.
We create our own morality
or we accept the definitions given us by our herd/sect leaders

Otherwise it's everyone for themselves and no one can really be safe because anyone can take anything from anyone for any reason. Does that really work?

It seems to work for a lot of wealthy people, raping and pillaging our world,
but is everyone just meat for larger carnivores than themselves?

The divide between welfare rates and rent...

Here's a tip for you journalist types to search on...
Welfare keeps track of what people are paying for rooms, they have rental forms for each "client"
With a Freedom of Information request someone could compare what people ARE paying
and compare it with the $375 they are allotted
to see what percentage of Social Services recipients are paying part of their rent with their already ludicrous food/clothing/util amount of $230...
I bet it's over 70% of them!     Happy hunting!

If we just gave people the whole $605 we could probably eliminate homelessness for the Olympics without these purges. The Social Services rental form is a huge stigma here. I've been turned down for a dozen rooms because of that damned form. Everything's great until they see it, then it's over! Those forms also make it almost impossible for 4 people on welfare to get a house or flat, because no landlord wants to fill out 4 forms for a rental.

I apply for over 30 jobs a week, every week. You can't "take any job" if one isn't offered or if you can't afford transit for one far away. Why aren't we giving these people bus passes? But that's another article entirely...

BC just spent 13 MILLION on a single shelter for 55 people in LANGLEY. That's almost as much as they pay out to all the recipients in the lower mainland in a year, for 55 fucking beds in bumfuck nowhere...They'll find lots of jobs out there...but at least we won't see them in vancouver. Sounds like a CAMP.
Another lucrative construction contract for someone's buds, instead of paying the poor a liveable rate...

"In 2009-10, B.C.’s budget for social housing is approximately $450 million, more than three times as much as in 2001."
So why not spend a couple million raising the rates and getting rid of the forms that are screwing people so badly, stop asking for receipts at all and give recipients a flat rate that's higher than it is, and spend these millions on properties that already exist like in-vancouver warehouses that can be divided cheaply into HUNDREDS of 12x12 units, instead of building brand new buildings that house FAITH-BASED business entities.

The actual people on welfare cost us only about $20-$25 million per year for all of them.
Raise their fucking rent rates to something reasonable and you won't even have to build these fucking money sinks that you'll tear down in 20 years.

And while you're at it, give landowners a tax break for every welfare recipient they have as a tenant!

The Patriot Act Operating System...Shouldn't you reconsider Linux?

This is something I've been thinking about for a while now.
It's bloody scary.

According to the Patriot Act 1 and 2, companies based in America must give the DOD and other Federal Agencies access to their software products and databases on demand, without giving any warning to their clients during or after an investigation.

It's bad enough IMHO that American companies are in charge of co-ordinating canada wide police information systems integration, meaning that the US has all data on Canadians stopped for any reason, not just people convicted in one of our corrupted and infested courts.

Both Apple and Microsoft, the two major commercial operating systems used worldwide, are based in America.

That means, by the rules of the PA there can be a US gov't mandated backdoor into either of these Operating Systems. A nice little encrypted tunnel, right through your firewall, keyloggers and screencaps for all.

What's even creepier? The head of either of these companies is required by Law to LIE if asked about these activities or applications. The company representatives and executives can be jailed for YEARS if they don't lie directly under questioning about backdoor applications or data mining. Their Privacy statements and acts are superseded by the Patriot Act legislation. Even in a lower COURT they would be required to lie by the powers of the act. Does that sound yummy?

Consider switching to Ubuntu or some other linux distro, especially in business. Keep in mind that economic and business data is part of what the Great Beast of America feeds on, and they could be siphoning it directly from your OS in the future...or right from your Gov't "service provider" desktop.

If they aren't already...most world governments are running Windows or Mac in their Administration. Research facilities, state departments, diplomatic missions, educational institutions, business and accounting systems, everything can be sifted through at will for "the greater good" of the big bully on the world block.

There's 20 acres of mainframe supercomputers underground on the west coast of America to sift through it all...believe it or not. Probably more, that info is 15 years old....

 The article also states clearly: "As Canada has no official poverty line, the report used Statistics Canada's low-income cutoff line." which is $21K, the REAL poverty line in Canada is $35k, if you use the UN rights and percentages spent on rent + utilz + food as a 70%+ ratio of income....

But the Harperpuppet government, too busy trying to shut up it's own people from talking about Canadian forces knowingly sending people to torture prisons, doesn't want you to realize that there is no poverty here because we simply don't measure poverty. There are no "real" gov't statistics, so how can poverty "really" exist? They've been playing this game 30+ years, it's time we have proper accurate reporting of things that the gov't is afraid of people knowing, like poverty levels, child molestation levels, hate crimes levels, numbers of people dying compared to previous regimes, we're being eradicated by a minority gov't....

Let's not forget the 100's of children Canada wide who have disappeared or died while in the "care" of gov't ministries or homes they were placed in by those ministries...

Universal childcare! Welfare rates that actually cover base expenses! Single parent assistance! LIFE!

Anyone living outside is "insane", lock 'em up! Electroshock therapy for all!

So I'm reading this book by Thomas Szasz, called "Ideology and Insanity". One of the essays in the book is online even, it's called the The Myth of Mental Illness.

It's an amazing read, more or less about how the labels of "illnesses" in psychology are often used as politically correct methods of removing or incarcerating people with "undesirable" traits or culturally inappropriate behavior.

It has a great example in it of Joseph Brodsky, a Jewish poet who was given 5 years in a soviet labour camp for the crime of "parasitism", the crime of being a writer without a "socially useful" job.

It's interesting how the same methods when tried 60 years later with better media conformity can actually lead to a repeat of something once considered "abhorrent" by other European states.

So right now our gov't is planning a country wide program where the police, not trained social workers and doctors, but the police, will be able to decide on the fly that someone is mentally ill and needs support, to whisk them off to a facility where they lose their rights, have nothing that is theirs and everything they had with them on the street is confiscated, and then they have forced retrainment of their minds to a more suitable servantlike mentality.

130 million. They are willing to pay that much to lock people up and take their freedom, but they are not willing to spend that much just making sure people have the basics. Paying actual rent and damage rates that are really available. I believe that it should be a requirement that social services actually find places for each and every person. Because no one seems to get the idea that people don't want to really live outside, but the $375 that SS is paying won't get them a place, and the rental agreement sheet they have to show a landlord is one of the greatest stigma generating devices in their entire arsenal of shame inducing methodologies.

I remember having an argument with a young business guy, never had any problems in his life, born into an upper middle class family. He's trying to tell me that all mental health patients should be made to do something useful, like pick up litter.

"That would make them feel like they are valued and contributing to society" I said.
"Picking up everyone else's shit for minimum wage would make them all feel so much more valued...."

That fat boy that was mouthing off for vanoc about their new plan, chortling with glee. Does he realize that the "shelter" pictured behind him has bedbugs and lice? That half a dozen women or more claim to have be assaulted or raped while sleeping there in the past decade? That anybody who has anything of value will lose it in their? Does he realise that he's talking about taking people to shelters that have been turning people AWAY every single day for the past 3 years? So next, to solve the "space" problem for these homeless and "mentally ill" and "addicts" we will build a camp, where they will do useful, cheap, under minimum wage manual labour such as making license plates or constructing gambling machines...and if they happen to die while in incarceration they'll be cremated at the state's "cost".

#26 - What Canada Really Needs: A comprehensive federal date rape drug policy!

I've made a couple of mentions in the last 2 years about GHB/Rohipnol and other date rape drugs being an epidemic in canada.
A far more serious epidemic than the piggy flu,
The huge number of women rendered unconscious and raped without consent or the ability to formulate consent is a far greater number per year than the piggy flu has killed.
If there was a drug that knocked men out when mixed with alchohol but didn't affect women, there would be serious attempts to keep all bar patrons safe.
But since these drugs hit women far harder and lower their inhibitions before knocking them out, they are often even distributed by bartenders.
Everyone loves going to the bar where the women are easier, and I've heard these stories directly from bartenders and waiters themselves.
In one club in Edmonton, about 10 years ago, they tested all the empty glasses before washing.
70% of the drinks in the bar had been dosed, they found none in the pipes or jigs, so it was someone going around dropping stuff in peoples drinks.
I doubt it was one person.
The problem with these things is they are actually very cheap and can be found easily.
I know women who have actually been dosed by their own lover at the time.
Someone they had already had sex with lots, still found it amusing to dose them.
Maybe so they could do things that were off limits, or involve a buddy, she couldn't remember.
It made no sense.
Regardless of physical violence such as beating,
to be drugged and screwed by any number of men and have no recall of the event is most definitely rape.

There are actually people that choose to take GHB as a way of loosening their inhibitions,
but that would be 1 story out of at least a dozen stories I've heard,
directly from women, or seen with my own eyes.
A shot of GHB in a bottle that's passed around
and a young woman who actually can drink and hold her liquor well
becomes pliant and eventually unconscious,
while still able to respond to actions performed on her.

Lives are ruined by this, every day in Canada.
The police do not carry testing mechanisms for GHB/Rohipnol.
Bars and any place that sells liquor should have mandatory coasters that change colour in the presence of these drugs. They should be so prevalent that women can stick an extra couple in their purse free for the party they go to later.

These drugs are liquid rape in a bottle, and their possession should be equal to a rape sentence.
Distribution of them should be equal to running a forced prostitution ring.
A woman who is GHB'd is not just drunk and horny, the standard white male police response.
We need a national strategy for this.
We also need to make sure that every young woman gets information on this rape mechanism when they get sexual health information in junior high. When they have sex ed and learn about how their body works they should get accurate information on how a mixture of a drug with alchohol can take away their ability to consent or deny.
Date rape drugs knock people out and take away the NO from "no means no".
I've seen women on cocaine, ketamine, marijuana/hash, ecstasy, mda, meth, LSD, mushrooms, straight booze, even crack.
They still had the ability to decide what they wanted to do, even at high doses of these drugs and even while mixing the drugs and booze in a night.They might have got a bit more horny, or spaced out, but they could still decide and say no legibly. I watched it, over and over. None of these things removes their choice except at very high complete blackout doses. I've never seen anyone lose their choice with any of them, unless you include straight passing out on booze.
A dose of GHB/roofies in a bottle or drink and that ability to decide is taken from them, chemically, and they appear to want to be doing what they are doing. But they never chose the GHB. It was slipped in their drink, like poison.

I've known women who were knocked out, filmed having sex with 6 men, and it was spread all over the internet. On the film it looks like they are involved. Really they had no recollection of the event, they woke up alone and covered in semen. They were lucky to wake up.

An Unholy Alliance - I call a duel on a chickenshit motherfucker...

So I've been reading "The Satanic Bible" from Anton La Vey.

It's something I've put off for a while, because I didn't want it's content to influence my work on "The Order of the MEEK" until I had fully fleshed out my own concepts. A man can be an Atheist and Warrior and still be MEEK, alongside a female Hindu garment maker, it's designed to be universal and allow cross communication among different Paths and sects. That's it's purpose, it's not a religion, or cult, it's a framework for communication and multi-path congregational associations.

There are many admirable things in Mr. La Vey's work, and the man himself was extremely admirable and charismatic. It's very Neitschean and is full of satire and humor. Of course there are also some downright disturbing and just plain "evil" components of his religion as well.
Yes it's a religion, regardless of the protestations of his followers in this regard.

Unfortunately, just as with the Xtian bible, there are huge numbers of people who take small amounts of this work, and completely ignore other segments and important notes that the man makes.

Like a weekly Christian who faithfully goes to church, yet despite the church "rules" they indulge in extramarital affairs without the consent of their partner, or the priest who preaches goodness to his flock then goes on to his chambers to indulge in his huge babyporn collection, like these hypocrites, the many splinter groups that generated out of the original La Veyan "Church of Satan" (tm) have very little honor or cohesiveness. It's become a free for all, and despite La Vey's assurances that "no self respecting satanist would harm a child or animal"(sic) such things do regulary occur.

I intend to write a comprehensive article in the next few weeks on the hypocrisy that I have seen in the various satanist sects which have proliferated across Vancouver in the last few years. Someone who diligently follows La Veys work and warnings can, in fact be an admirable human. Those that actually do stick to his true intent are in reality few and far between however, and just like the pedophile bishop in his cathedral they are deserving of the harshest disdain that society can project.

My own personal mythologies and belief system finds the group/congregational "attack" system of general satanism to be as flawed as the same system used by christian congregationalists and the Inquisition for centuries. I've spoken about this at a fair amount of length in my article on "Human Sacrifice in Vancouver". You have to read the links to actually understand that article, it doesn't seem to make sense if you don't open the wiki references.
Here in Vancouver I've seen Satanists using GHB and other date rape drugs with impunity on unsuspecting women, something that La Vey would have found to be a disgusting and cowardly act. The Satanist sects have somehow interpreted La Vey's work to give them license to steal from any creative artist or musician that lacks the means of production or distributution. Instead of being lions or wolves, they espouse the practices of hyenas and vultures.

The Alliance between the Freemasons and the Satanist sects in Canada has allowed Goldman Sachs, the instigator of the greatest bloodless coup in history to use the Satanist sects as tools to destroy all opposition and dissent.

This is mirrored in the content of their pride and joy, their one trick pony that they trot out ad nauseum. SGA is a thin allegory of the process going on at the grass roots level of Canadian society. The SGA team (representing the Masons and the ever friendly american colonialist forces) makes a deal with the wraith (Satanists) "for the greater good" of their aryan survival at the expense of all other races(all other pagan[wicca, buddhism] and non christian religions, and the catholics[priors], and the evil OTO[gould] and their jaffa[black slaves]), and even more importantly, at the expense of their honor, integrity, and righteousness. They become hypocrites, feeding off the serfs and poor while blathering on about their great system of justice and equality for all. Which is all standard colonialist propoganda as seen throughout africa and south america through history.

I know these thinly veiled references fall to the floor in a giggle of conspiracy theorist slurs, but time will prove these words to not be ravings.

Anyway. Now that I have the attention of the Aryan Satanists and Freemasons combined to form the entity known as the "Stargate Franchise", I have to poke their belly and spit on their hypocrite bullshit.

Stargate Atlantis is manned by a Satanist sect as its crew, and is run at its administrative and higher production levels by Masons. Almost none of the crew is of color. Everyone is white. Maybe one or two orientals. Nobody is brown except for a couple of the actors and they play subservient roles in the hierarchy.

As in Mr. La Vey's book, the section on "human sacrice" which is around pages 30-33 in my version is in its basic form the way that I have been brought down through character assasination and corruption of law through money.

It is completely based on the Lesser Magics, and is a cowardly and hypocritical method in its base form. It is a path and process without honor practiced by a herd that misses the true intent of it's original creator La Vey. But then again, who cares if money is involved. A satanist believes in the power of might  over the weak, so taking some money from a n american intelligence funded puppet company to fuck up some canadian lefty is fine by them.

Robert Cooper is a Satanist, and possibly a Mason at the same time. A Mason through money, not through intent study, the lowest form of all Masons. The coffeeshop where Mr. Cooper and I made our agreement before the Sun, Mithra, the god of oaths and contracts, is a hangout for a satanist sect these days, regardless of the alignment of it's owner. It is a place where musicians, inventors, and artists get ripped off by people who have the means of production.

I find this coward, Robert Cooper, to be the most despicable of humans. A bottom feeder with no honor.

I think there might be a few more poems in the blog, but I didn't tag them all yet, and I will add more to the blog over the next year.

In order to cement my claim to being the creative mind behind the set of ideas stolen by Robert Cooper, I also add My Paintings and My Original Music to this list. I don't think Mr. Cooper has a true creative bone in his treasonous body. Robert Cooper is thieving weasel working against his country for the American Military Propaganda Machine.

I've written a lot of different things in this blog, and a lot about Robert Cooper not paying the clearly agreed upon fee to me for ideas used in the SGA series generated in a script consultation, so I decided I would put enough material up to make it clear that I am actually a writer, not just a mad frothy-mouthed lefty blogger.

I also intend to put my first script up, written in 1988, which is called

I know it's a bit over the top sounding, but it was my first written feature (90+ min.)

of which a significant portion of sequences (mostly from the Sand segment) was stolen and abbreviated to a short film by a former director of the Cineworks Independent Film Society in Vancouver, and was produced by Cineworks with funding from BBC Channel 4 and Telefilm in the early '90s.
It is in typewriter print format and needs to be OCR'd to present here.

I know that extreme efforts have been made here in my community to make my IP theft claims appear baseless, and I hope that the inclusion of these creative materials here and a later detailed explanation of the interaction between Mr. Robert Cooper of Stargate Atlantis and myself during a professional consultation prior to his pilot submission of the series will allow people to see past my current circumstances and entertain the possibility in their minds that I might actually be telling the truth about this intellectual property theft referenced elsewhere on this blog. Legal action would take more than a decade, initial cost to retain a lawyer is a minimum of $25k, and in the history of IP law in Canada there are almost no screenwriters that have ever successfully won a similiar case due to the intrinsically unfair nature of the legislation at present. The one with the most money always wins and I have none.

Mr. Cooper and I had a contractual agreement. The percentage of 15-20% was clearly agreed upon. I delivered my part of the transaction, a set of ideas which could be used to create a pilot and first season storyline regarding the ancient city of Atlantis with additional ideas regarding how the story of Atlantis could be worked into the Stargate Franchise. I not only have not been paid the agreed upon fee, I haven't been paid anything at all.

A JUNIOR Carpenter on the SG Atlantis project would have made almost $500k during the last 7 years.
I expect, at the VERY LEAST, to be paid what a junior carpenter or steady extra has made during the run of the show, even though Mr. Cooper and I agreed on a much larger percentage with Andy Mikita as witness to the transaction between us.

If a carpenter had worked all month and didn't get a paycheck, would that be cool? No. So why is it ok for me to receive no payment for the creative consultation I did for the series pilot and first seasons? Why is my work not being credited and why am I specifically not being paid my fee or any fee at all for my creative input into this long running series? I delivered good concepts that carried the show through more than 6 seasons and beyond, so why am I not being paid and yet the JR. CARPENTERS were paid, along with the  painters, editors, writers, sfx crew, post crew, location crew, etc.?

I thank anyone who takes the time to consider my claims in the context of what I have presented, rather than based, Ad Hominem, on the current state in which I exist, Persona Non Grata. 

To anyone who can take the time to forward these pages to legal or journalistic entities involved in investigations of injustice, I thank you for your efforts.

Google blog search is unreliable...is this like what they do for China?

I've notice a few times now
because I was purposefully checking
and the search bar at the top of this blog
doesn't accurately search the whole blog
That's why I show all the posts and I archive the  blog regularly offline
because if I don't show all the posts
you won't actually find things by doing a search with the blogger toolbar
you have to use the search in your browser.
That's why the page loads slower than most
because every post is there.

For instance
If I search for "community"
only one article or two generally is returned
by the above search tool
but if I search for the same word using the browser search
I find almost a dozen articles containing the word.

I have to find a blog platform that isn't based in America
because if google will bow to China and alter searches
they'll certainly monkey with stuff for the Patriot act
and the words of the past,
the inconvenient ones,
disappear down the memory hole...

I wonder if in the future
when I compare my archives to the blog
if I will find revisions...

about how people shouldn't give to the food bank
because the feeding of the poor is a government responsibility

that pays for actual rent prices and covers bills and food adequately
along with childcare, yes --- UNIVERSAL CHILDCARE

Until then,
we still need food banks.
And yes, it's as she says, as I've said all along,
the food banks make people stand outside for 1-2 hours,
without any cover from the rain and nothing to sit on,which is sick
and the food bank here gives out not enough food for a person
other cities give 2-3 bags per person not one little bag

there are lots of people in low income housing
who pay 90% of their living allowance for rent+utilz

and yes
I would prefer soup to a smoothie

I live on $230 welfare disability because I don't have a house to live in.
I was beaten up illegally by a VPD cop and even though I threw no punches I have one of those "your guilty but don't do anything wrong and it disappears in a year" charges.

I don't have the money to appeal or contest it.
But right now I have 2 City Engineering fines for living in my parked van while I try to survive.
I live on $230. I don't have the $400 to pay these 2 fines.
So come Nov 23 a Traffic judge is going to tell me I have to pay what I live on for 2 months or I'll get an arrest warrant.

And then they can put me in jail for a year.
I haven't done anything wrong...I'm going to get a year in jail
for daring to be poor and speak out against injustice in this corrupted country.

Keep in mind that almost every social justice activist in BC has a charge currently against them.

These unpayable traffic and sleeping in a park fines are being handed out to everyone caught sleeping outside. So much for human rights in Canada, there's always a way around such pesky things...

I'm a big music lover, and being homeless I actually really need music badly.
So my little sandisk 1 G died and this was plunked in my lap.
Oh god it sux.
the unit itself is beautiful
sleek, fast, nice sound, love the little spinny wheely interface.

But I live outside.
I use library computers and employment centre computers
1 hour at a time and the computer registries are all locked up
no ability to install ITunes.
So putting music on this little princess has been a nightmare.

Off it goes to craigslist
I'll never buy another ipod
because a sandisk/creative/sony player will let me drag and drop mp3's from explorer.
I still like macs.
Unfortunately I don't think Apple will ever give up on it's proprietary DRM shite
So off you go little picky princess....

The Final Solution for Homelessness...

The methods of social cleansing today are much quieter and discreet.
People just disappear.
Cleaning up the streets for a big party.
Jail or the madhouse, criminalized or institutionalized, take your pick.
Load them up in the back and ship them off, to a camp, a holding cell,
a place for the uncontrollable and unwanted to quietly disappear.

So I finally got that sticker on my van
The van where I live. Me and my dog.
There's no place for 60 miles
where the rate I make on assistance will allow me to live with my dog
They keep telling me to give her up.
I'd rather sleep outside.
She better than all of them together
a force of goodness and gentleness my dog is
she's not going anywhere.

So soon they come to take my shelter.
I am not allowed to live.
Regardless of the reasons, of who is working to crush me
regardless
They now can lock me up. If they arrest me in the night
In my van
no one will see them take me away.
for a traffic violation they will be able
to activate the previous charge they manufactured against me.
Another activist intellectual thrown on the train, off to a cell.
Another artist/writer gnat
who won't shut up about being robbed by big media.
My dog will end up in the pound.

So here's my new solution
to end homelessness in all Canadian cities

Social Services (aka: MiniDeath) should buy fleets of used vans
thousands of them
they'll get them for peanuts
Then they make a deal with insurance providers
to get fleet insurance
Anyone without a place gets a SS fleet van
They can move it between 4 and 7 in the mornings
no other time
and it can be parked in any legal parking spot overnight

Instant solution to homelessness
and the ministry will pay out about 1/10 of what they pay out in rent
no more homeless
no more need for purges
no more need for midnight roundups
no more need to pack people off to camps
forced retraining of their independent minds
remove their independent thoughts
everybody on the same plane
brainwashed clean and servile

I learned more about the police this last two weeks
the reality of their morality
and now I see they are as corrupt as any criminal organization can be
thieves, murderers, rapists, racists
I heard all these stories recently
from people
Life, in tears, speaking in hushed tones
about anti-life...

I have a couple cool things I'm working on, but since its a full moon and there are a few pagan events happening now and over the next month coming on Samhain, I wanted to send people looking at something that might help them make sense of the madness we see.

As you know, many religious/spiritual concepts concepts exist in the world,
they loosely fall into atheist/monotheist/pantheist/
and "state of being"
(ie: nirvana/yoga/godforming/aspect/archetypal symbology etc.) categories,
and they have been generally at war for the last....
Ok, well probably as long as humans have been grunting in sentences.
Maybe even before that.

arguing about their grunts
as they point to the sky or whatever is freaking them out/waking them up.

So for anyone looking at this, trying to make sense of it all, I offer you a guide book.
Its not the christian bible,
or the "satanists" bible,
or the book of enoch, the necronomico bs, the torah,
the dianetic bookshelf,
Not anything by valiente, gardner, dee, nope....

I strongly suggest,
for anyone looking into the whole neopagan reconstructionist scene
to read a fantasy novel.

Just the first book mind you, since it's one of those 12 volume sagas that never end until the author croaks, which he has. Anyways JUST the first book, you can read the rest but I'm only recommending the first book to you all.

It's not on the literary scale of Tolkien or even Cherryh, the characterizations are a bit thin,
but he's got an allegorical Dummy's version of what's been happening since the Dawn of time amongst these clans who all seem to be denigrating and killing each other, when they are all kind of doing the same shit, just a different way. Men against women spiritualists, over and over.

Same abilities of the Human, just different paradigm/archetype/metaphorical relationship.
And a good representation of how everyone has something they are innately good at
You know, some are better with plants, some are better with visualization, etc.

The book I'm suggesting that you read is The Eye of the World, the first in the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.

So maybe read it, or not
and look around, at how good a job the Crusaders of today have done
turning everyone else against each other
blinding each other from the Dark backstabbers that infiltrate and rend.

Starhawk in Vancouver

so this woman Starhawk is at the WISE hall in Vancouver tonight and tomorrow,
in the same week as the Dali Lama.

I'm not sure what I think about her system.
Reclaiming Wicca, which she is a part of, is extremely anti-male, at least up here in B.C.
I spoken with men who attended one of their camps here and they basically got scowled at and derogated constantly through the weekend.

Personally I find any wiccan path that forms hierarchies according to sexuality disturbing.
Dianics are almost as bad as orthodox christians, from a discrimination point of view.

IMHO. Anyway...

I can't say whether I'm for or against what she's spreading, I do know that her written works and documentary appearances have helped a lot of people understand the Great Hatred, or The Burning Times as she's coined it. Many people have found nature based Paths or various reconstructed pagan concepts that work for them by being exposed to her.

There are possibly some historical inaccuracies, which have hurt some of the validity or believability of the work. Perhaps a bit to much emotionalism over research. Overall, I think she's helped a lot of people though, those small things aside.

If you can afford, maybe you'll see for yourself.
I'm broke, so I won't be seeing it.

Long ago I started this blog for a set of articles I was working on, dealing with social justice, political reform, "class" issues, and the like. I was going to have separate blogs for just poetry and my philosophical works and the comparative mythology/occult/spirituality research I've been up to in the last couple of years. Then it just exploded. Life, that is.

I got ripped off, like many poor inventors/artists/writers who don't have the money to print or produce their works themselves. I ended up broke and poor and without a home, while the people who worked on the project I wasn't paid for, all have houses and cars, new children, boats, all bought with money made in the last 7-10 years working on a series that I was consulted in the creation of.

My dog and I live with nothing, trying to keep out of the rain,
while someone else who worked on this series drinks $500 bottles of wine.
We gather bits of food to make soup with,
while hundreds of people on the project eat at work
then go home to their almost paid for houses
and order delivery while they watch their widescreen TV's with surround,
their kids playing downstairs on new X-box's.
The man who refuses to pay me for the work I did on the pilot owns a dozen houses.
Right here in the neighborhood where I live in my van.
They all get together and laugh.
There's money to throw at peon lawmakers.
Here in Canada, justice is bought, not blind.
It's frustrating to see the illusion of a "just" society completely peeled away.
It's disturbing to see people reduced to rats, vultures, snarling fighting dogs.
Cannibal carnivores spewing shit about "community" as they fuck each other over for scraps.

That's why, over the last 3 years, my blog has become a bit ranting, sometimes repeating concepts, lots of poetry and vehement shouting, the banter and screams of a bloodied fool.

They all have money, cars, houses, kids, a decade of work
I haven't recieved a single penny for the ideas That came from me
The ideas that form the basis of this series.
Editors, soundmen, lighting people, costumes, craft services, PA's
I know EXTRAs from the lot who made $50k a year for the last decade.
I have jack shit, and the pilot was made from at least 6 of my ideas
Straight from my conversation with Robert Cooper.
All those people got paid.
And they laugh at the fact that I got ripped off.
Its a huge joke to them.
Hypocrites and anti-life.

I hope they all go to hell
wherever that is
I hope their marriages break
their children get sick or become delinquent
I hope they fall from favor
get blacklisted
or just lose their jobs when MGM pulls the show
I hope that everything they own is stolen
I hope they end up like me

As much as I hate the concept of a curse
of using spirit malevolently
they fill their show with BS about truth
and justice
and people sticking up for each other
honesty and friendship

I swear this is the truth

So I will ask any spirit I find in this world

to bring them to task
and take from them what they have gained
by robbing me
