However. The Patriot Act 2 makes it clear that companies who are required to cooperate with these requests are also required by law to lie about all involvement and are given freedom from any form of prosecution.

So with all this surveillance
why is organized crime untouched?
They could obviously shut down all the major gangs and criminal organizations with that much phone and email data.


Probably because the government is using the gangs against the people.
That;s my guess.
Or the gangs are running the government.
