Sin Laws and Sin Taxes are inherently discriminatory becasue they are based on SIN which is a religious construct of morality based on a "perfect NORM" or cultural bias.

 

There is a reason people gather together in the middle of nowhere to smoke and relax and talk. It has beneficial social properties that cause people to group.

Masters have never liked groups of slaves not intent on labor. 

The major health problems of modern US tobacco stem from decades of DDT and heavy benzene pesticide useage, in the tonnes per year per farm.

Tobacco is not treated as a food so it can be sprayed with anything and has.
