I have court date next friday, for which I was not charged with anything but arrested and forced to sign an undertaking under duress.
The duress I experienced made me consider last time I was railroaded through the court system here in Vancouver, with inadequate legal counsel.
Harper had axed all funding to Legal Aid, and Campbell made similiar provincial moves a couple years ago to prepare for the wave of wrongful arrests during the olympic ripoff.
Nobody got "justice", and nobody really does here in British Columbia, not unless you have money. Lots of money.
We can't afford Legal Aid and NON fraternal "DUTY COUNSEL" for anyone who can't afford a PERSONAL lawyer,
yet for some reason it is vital that we purchase $10+ Billion in fighter jets to bomb the fuck out of people with a different religious belief than the Slavemasters of Canada.
During that previous experience I felt my rights as a human being were swept aside numerous times, that my legal rights were infringed or suppressed, that my voice/statement of events was NOT actually heard, and that I was NOT properly compensated for harm done to my person by a member of the VPD acting illegally.
In Court it was stated by the Judge herself that the moment my pack was carried off the property the officer was "no longer acting in his capacity as a peace officer".
We all know the Court is both corrupt and tied to a MONOTHEISTIC RELIGION.
THE BIBLE, a "Christian" text with JEWISH heritage, is still placed on all testimony stands. Every single day.
I protested the inclusion of the "Holy Bible" before I went to court back then, and at least 3 times during court. I actually had to demand that the court clerk remove the bible from in front of me 3 times.
The word "God" was used in court to reference some imaginary spiritual judge of my oppressors no less that twice, possibly as many as 4 times.
There is NO POSSIBILITY of "justice" anywhere that a "god" is invoked as a judge of Truth.
The Bible of the Jews and Christians has NO place within a just and SECULAR system of law. But our legal system is neither just nor secular, regardless of our country's marketing to the world of Canadian "equality"
Equally unjust in the British Columbia bribeable Christian Court System run predominantly by members of British Columbian Lodges (a fraternal RELIGIOUS order) is the fact that courts in BC still use a court recorder sometimes, instead of 100% digital audio and video recording.
Full digital recording of both faces and audio would ensure that future courts can subpoenathe proceedings in a legible format untampered with by the hands of a possibly paid and bought stenographers notes.
Or like my last "judgement" hearing for a crime I didn't commit and was railroaded into by a VPD officer.
Where 3 officers in brown continually squelched their walkie-talkies and made numerous rackets during the judgment so I had to read the judge's lips. No recording of that court judgment is admissible to a civil case against the officer or court because it is illegible due to squelch noise and there is no video of my mouth.
Not that the corrupt Canadian legal system would ever let a poor man actually bring forth adequate evidence that would prove one of the "brothers" of the court fraternities wrong.
We need a full stripping of all religious language and references to this Jewish monotheist "god" removed from the language and Rituals of the Courts throughout Canada.
We also need full abilities to recall and bring forth clear video and audio of ALL interactions before all justices at all times.
Otherwise "justice" is just another bit of lip service paid to us by the Old Boys Network
