From day one the plan was to push ahead rezoning, suck out as much public money as possible
and make even more profit selling it to rich folk at the end
That was the plan from the start
Like they were ever going to make spaces on prime land with all the amenities and decor they're gonna build in for the olympians
like any of that was ever going to be rented to someone on minimum wage
You know, when you average out intelligence
it seems to favour the low end of the crowd....
