But CIA/FBI cells operating in Canada have pretty much free reign to disrupt and "burn" Canadian dissidents and intellectuals. No police required. They'll come anyway, when the frame job is complete. That or as the RAND corp has always suggested, corrupt them from the inside by making sure that they are distracted and controlled by actually hiring them to a corporate subsidiary.
How much do you want to bet that "queer" groups, pagan spiritual groups, and legitimate social justice lobby groups in Canada are on the menu for covert destruction?
