I've heard of them using this before on welfare people
they troll the offices on check day and snag peoples dogs
people who can't afford to pay a pound fee
creating misery
But this wasn't check day
and later an acquaintance told me
the police had been calling the shelters
looking for me
telling them I was unfit to care for my dog
unable to feed her and stuff.
Not true.
She's fed fine
and she grew up in Alberta
so she's used to much colder weather than this.
I tracked down that dick the other day
appears he was a parks maintenance guy
they have a yard at grant and mclean
Most parks people have been very kind to me and Koala
since crappy shit doesn't happen in parks that I sleep in
It dissipates
but they need something else to try I guess
to burn me
and they certainly have the money
anyway
I swear they are going to try
anything to arrest me
because like I said before
the cop who beat me up last year
was a paid setup
so now they can arrest me for any tiny excuse
and put me in jail for a year
and I'll likely get killed there

Lock up the intellectuals
make the artists, musicians, writers
dig ditches and trenches
socially profitable work
not valueless art and dangerous words
early graves
for dissident voices
serving the masters till they die
kept in place with fear and hunger
