Can you sue the poverty pimps personally?
I always thought you needed a lawyer to sue in Supreme Court.
Apparently, 80% of people who take an individual or organization to litigation in the Supreme court do so unrepresented by anyone but themselves.
(It's actualy the same in criminal proceedings in Canada - No representation for the poor against the rich or the state and its agents = no real equality of "justice")
Courts don't REALLY care about the Truth or about Justice
They care about who files the paperwork properly
so that's what you need to do
file the paperwork properly
It doesn't really help to go to the Law Society,
They are owned and operated by the same organization that owns and operates more than 3/4 of the poverty pimps in B.C.
The same "criminal" organization.
Runs the Law society out of the university.
And PIVOT.
So They won't help you, if you were ripped off by the scam.
