Canada continues with 3000+ genital mutilations per year.
And since they are not adults
Canadian infants, children, and young people are not given the right of informed consent, access to records of the mutilations, or the right to sue for trauma/malpractice/loss of feeling/sterility. You don't have those rights until you are 18 in Canada. Seriously.
Europe thinks its barbaric too.
