Lest We Forget - remembering the poor sons and daughters killed in wars against DICTATORSHIP and GENOCIDE

Today all our politicians will gather
reverently before the many war penii
ugly dicks of stone rising up amongst the grass of our parks
they bow reverently
for their photo op

call the police
to arrest the protesting poor
tired of capitalist dictatorship
clear the steps

so we can remember
the dictators
who murdered all dissent and color

All the people, in piles of bodies
piles of fags and dykes
piles of jews and gypsies
piles of blacks and half breeds
musicians, artist, poets, socialists

bones all look the same removed of flesh

but they were different
so they were killed
by the righteous
"majority"

who live the "right way"

wars are good
to get rid of poor people
the sons of the rich
are never sent
to die in them

our culture has gradually allowed the dictators
the killers and their opulent courts
to become kings again
lording over us with their crackberries

their databases full
of information
it's easier now
genocide and social cleansing made

efficient and child friendly
media soundbites proclaiming justice and morality
"freedom"

they don't need boxcars anymore
they can kill us in plain sight now
and fabricate a reason
for the newspapers they own

When they are done
they will go to the Legion
which holds no veterans
and hasn't for a decade

there the brownshirts,
the white gangs of our dictators
laugh and drink and sell hard drugs
like they have for 20 years

and talk about how they will rid the world
of fags and niggers, chinks and witches,
trannies and muslims, and poets
nothing but country or 50's rawk for them

while they buy tickets for the meat draw
and praise their "god"
and their "boys"
who died long ago

for freedom and equality
