Sign up there and tell them how you thinksharing a music/video folder is like making mix tapes, how fining kids for music downloading is ridiculous when rich producers are regularly stealing canadian writers/artists/inventors/and musicians work and making millions off it while the creator has nothing. Tell them how much you think it sucks that 3 global entertainment cartels can charge $30 for a 20 cent dvd/cd. Tell them how you think a Canadian company using cracked software to make big money is a bigger problem than a fifteen year old downloading stuff to their mp3 player. Tell them how Intellectual Property theft over $50,000 should be an RCMP investigation, not a civil lawsuit that the poor ripped off Canadian artist can't afford to pursue.
Do you think the Barenaked Ladies would ever be heard outside of Canad if it wasn't for people passing their mp3's around to people outside of their original distribution? Not a chance.
