#19 - What Canada REALLY Needs - Federal complaints process for all provincial contracted service providers

Having problems with a contractor that's giving you services that are now the "responsibility" of the provinces?

There's only ad-hoc verbal complaints mechanisms, usually to the supervisor of the very entity you have a problem with.

There should be a central FEDERAL complaints office.
